Discover Eco-Friendly Sensate Signature Soundscapes to Celebrate World Earth Day.
Ground (find in Sacred Spaces Theme)
A special grounding Sensate Signature Soundscape to support deep sleep, promote healing, support pain relief and resolve EMF impact. This special Soundscape, part of the Earth Tones Collection and composed specifically to mark Earth Day, incorporates different elements and frequencies to assist with some particular outcome:
Ground incorporates frequencies that are within the Solfeggio scale (broadly classified as 174Hz-964Hz) and is composed in the key of F (174 Hz) to alleviate stress and reduce pain. Ground also has a Delta binaural, the lowest brainwave state, slowing and synchronising the brainwaves of each hemisphere of the brain.
The artwork representing Ground shows a section through Earth, with colour tones of burnt umber, a pigment made from earth tones, suggesting Ground as a verb and a deeper connection to the earth as a part of the greater whole.
“Knowing that you love the earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate. But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond.”
Robin Wall Kimmerer
Good Soil (find in Space + Time Theme)
This Sensate Signature Soundscape, part of the Earth Tones Collection and composed specifically to mark Earth Day, features Shamanic drum and very low frequency humming that in combination work a special magic through audio perception and bone resonance to generate powerful wisdom of compassion, empathy and reciprocity.
Earth. We call the planet where we live Earth. Life depends on Soil that is the legacy of the life that has gone before us, both plant and animal. Earth is our Ancestor. Good Soil is a living thing, rich in microbial life, teeming with mycelial filaments, populated by plant, insect, animal and cellular life. We humans are a mirror of this Soil – our microbiome, the sum of all the life in and on our gut, skin and body can be connected to the wider web of life, by opening ourselves to the wisdom of compassion and empathy for all things. Good Ancestors come from and make Good Soil. We can all be Good Ancestors.
As Irish poet-philosopher John O’Donohue (January 1, 1956–January 4, 2008) puts it, “we all come from the clay”:
“We live between the act of awakening and the act of surrender. Each morning we awaken to the light and the invitation to a new day in the world of time; each night we surrender to the dark to be taken to play in the world of dreams where time is no more. At birth we were awakened and emerged to become visible in the world. At death we will surrender again to the dark to become invisible. Awakening and surrender: they frame each day and each life; between them the journey where anything can happen, the beauty and the frailty.”
Good Soil is a sister Soundscape to Petrichor and they can be used in sequence or over a 24-hour period to augment the effects of both.The artwork representing Good Soil shows a pair of hands cradling a parcel of sacred soil, holding precious the new life that is emerging. This is a pair of wise hands that knows about the web of life, hands of a Sage and Elder representing reciprocity and knowing.
How to use your Sensate system for optimal outcomes:
Always follow the use-case as closely as possible for optimal results. Sensate and the Soundscapes are designed and composed to work when the use-case is followed full –
- Put your phone on Airplane mode (but leave Bluetooth on);
- Recline somewhere comfortable;
- Position your Sensate in the centre of your chest, between layers of clothing or in its case;
- Wear earbuds or headphones;
- Start your chosen Sensate session;
- Adjust the resonance Intensity and audio Volume to your comfort level;
- Close your eyes and allow the magic to happen;
- Complete every session, the magic happens after the first few minutes;
- Make this a positive habit - take 10 minutes or more for yourself every day!
About your Sensate experience:
Sensate Signatures Soundscapes have a bandwidth range of around 5Hz to 2,000 Hz, some of this heard as audible soundwaves and some of it perceived as low frequency resonance via vibration (and other) receptors in the body.
Human biophysical anatomy is hugely variable and individual frequencies and resonance will be affected by the medium through which it is playing. This means that a narrow Hz range will have potentially very different outcomes for different people. At Sensate, we love this unique individuality, and our device and Soundscapes are designed and composed to actually create a bespoke experience for each individual Sensate user, through the use of incredibly sophisticated, multi-frequency, layered harmonic and hemispherically synchronised sound. This makes the experience highly effective, safe and consistent, which would not be the case if simple narrow band frequencies were employed, not because a specific Hz is being used, but rather because of the way the Soundscapes are composed based on decades of clinical experience.

More about Earth Day:
As the world comes together to celebrate Earth Day, it's a time to reflect on the importance of our planet and take action to protect it for future generations. Earth Day, which falls on April 22nd every year, serves as a reminder of the environmental challenges we face and the collective responsibility we have to address them.
What is Earth Day and Why is it Important?
Earth Day is an annual event celebrated worldwide to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970 and is now recognized in over 190 countries. The day serves as a platform to raise awareness about environmental issues such as climate change, pollution, deforestation, and biodiversity loss.
How Can You Make a Difference?
There are many ways individuals can contribute to the protection of our planet. Simple actions such as reducing waste, conserving energy, using public transportation, and supporting sustainable products can make a big impact. By making small changes in our daily lives, we can collectively work towards a more sustainable future.
Why Every Action Counts
Even small actions can have a significant impact when multiplied across millions of people. For example, if every household in the United States replaced one incandescent light bulb with an energy-efficient LED bulb, it would save enough energy to light 3 million homes for a year. Every action, no matter how small, contributes to the greater good.
Join the Movement
Earth Day is a time to come together as a global community and take action to protect our planet. Whether it's participating in a local clean-up event, planting trees, or advocating for environmental policies, there are many ways to get involved. By working together, we can make a difference and ensure a sustainable future for all.
On this Earth Day, let's commit to making a positive impact on our planet and inspiring others to do the same. Together, we can create a healthier, more sustainable world for generations to come.
