I have researched a number of medical studies
They have a product that stimulates the vagus nerve without having something implanted. I have A-fib and my medical studies have evidenced the vagus nerve has control over the heart rythum. This product is non-invasive, relaxing and it has calmed my heart rate down by vagus nerve stimulation/toning. In just 2 weeks.

Well worth it

Improved sleep immediately

Better Sleep and Lower Stress with Sensate
I have been using Sensate regularly for a couple of weeks now, and it has quickly become part of my daily routine. I usually go with a 10-minute relaxation session, which feels like a cross between meditation and deep relaxation. I did not have any problems with sleep before, but according to my Oura Ring, it has still improved. My average sleep score used to be around 91, and now it is often between 94 and 96. My stress levels also drop immediately after a session and appear to remain lower throughout the day.
